Noel Roberto Vallejo
Noel Roberto Vallejo has always prioritized family, responsibility and integrity. He grew up in El Paso, Texas as the oldest son of 10 children. He learned the value of hard work and discovered early on that success comes from persistence, hard work and heart.
Noel built TestOut a highly successful leader in the industry, transforming simulation education and setting industry standards. However, his vision didn’t stop there. Farming has always been part of Noel’s life. In 2020, he turned his lifelong passion into reality, taking on three ranches along the Green River in Utah.
Noel takes pride in everything he produces. His hands-on approach and commitment to quality are what set his alfalfa apart. Every bale is a product of passion, hard work, and a dedication to doing things right. He refuses to take shortcuts because he knows that his customers deserve nothing less than the best.
